Comfy Grounding Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason. Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled if the package is returned to us. If the package has already been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping company, and we must first receive the package back from you to process a refund.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us with a clear declaration (e.g., an email or a letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the right of withdrawal before the 30-day withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
