Refund Policy
At Comfy Grounding, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted from your refund. You’ll need to arrange and pay for shipping directly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product, contact us at support@comfygrounding.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
